“hyaluronic” is one of my favorite words to say. It doesn’t help with nicotine cravings, metabolism or dopamine, but it’s great for your skin. I take both a daily supplement (which contains l-proline, an amino acid essential for building collagen) and I use a topical hyaluronic acid on my face as serum over my vitamin c serum to lock in moisture and plump up my skin before applying my moisturizer.

I take hyaluronic acid nightly about 30 minutes after dinner along with my other skincare supplements which include vitamin a, vitamin c, vitamin e, alpha lipoic acid (ALA), selenium and coQ10.
